Refine Existing Gear Designs

I need our small pack, tarp, and blanket refreshed so they are fully production-ready again. All three already have working drawings, but recent material shifts and feedback from the factory mean the specs must be tightened up. Here is what I’m aiming for • Materials: swap in the new fabrics and hardware I’ll specify, ensuring weight, durability, and cost targets remain on track. • Dimensions: adjust patterns to the updated size charts I’ll supply, keeping tolerances suited for bulk cutting and sewing. • Features: integrate several usability tweaks—reinforced stress points, revised pocket layouts, and streamlined attachment loops—without losing the current aesthetic. I will share our existing tech packs, PDF drawings, and a concise set of design standards. You’re welcome to work in SolidWorks, Illustrator pattern files, Rhino, or any CAD platform that exports clean DXF/DWG layers for the manufacturer. Deliverables 1. Updated production-ready drawings and pattern files for the pack, tarp, and blanket. 2. A brief change log outlining every material, dimension, and feature adjustment. 3. Final BOM with supplier part numbers where possible. Files have to line up with the tolerances and call-out conventions in the guidelines I’ll send; once those are met and factory feedback is incorporated, the job is complete.
