I need a complete CAD and manufacturing drawing package for a small-capacity rotomolded mobile tank used. The product concept already exists as front, side, and rear visual references. Your job is to convert the concept into a manufacturable design optimized for rotational molding. The final tank volume will be under 100 liters, with a target working capacity around 75 liters / 20 gallons. The equipment is part of equipment that operates with compressed air. Required deliverables: • Clean, production-ready 3D CAD model • Native CAD file in SolidWorks 2022-compatible format, Fusion 360, or similar • STEP and IGES export files for the tooling supplier • Fully detailed 2D manufacturing drawings in PDF • DWG/DXF drawing files • Front, rear, side, top, bottom, and section views • Internal volume calculation • Wall thickness callouts • Draft angle callouts • Corner radius callouts • Mold parting line recommendation • Basic DFM review for rotomolding • Assembly reference for secondary parts such as cap, rear door, wheels, axle, air connector, hose clip, and gun holder Key design requirements: • Manufacturing process: rotational molding • Material: polyethylene / LLDPE • Target wall thickness: please advise best range for strength vs. cooling time • Overall design must be suitable for single-piece rotomolded body tooling • Integrated handle is required and must be robust for daily industrial use • Avoid deep undercuts unless a simple split line solves the issue • Use generous radii and smooth transitions • Account for typical polyethylene shrinkage • Design must be realistic for stainless-steel mold fabrication • Large flat surfaces should be supported with ribs or gentle crown to reduce warpage • Secondary parts can be bolted, inserted, or assembled separately if that improves manufacturability Acceptance criteria: 1. 3D model opens without errors in SolidWorks 2022 or can be imported cleanly through STEP. 2. Model includes realistic wall thickness and internal hollow tank volume. 3. Internal volume is calculated and shown in the drawing package. 4. Design passes basic interference and draft review. 5. Drawings include critical dimensions, tolerances, wall thickness, draft angles, radii, parting line, and notes for rotomolding. 6. Files are ready to send to a mold/tooling supplier for quotation and DFM review. Preferred freelancer experience: • Rotational molding design • Plastic tank design • Industrial product design • CAD for manufacturing • SolidWorks / Fusion 360 / Onshape • DFM for plastic parts • Mechanical drawings for tooling suppliers Please include in your proposal: 1.
