I already have a fully detailed excavator CAD assembly and now need to turn it into a working motion model inside Siemens Simcenter 3D. The scope is limited to the digging and lifting cycle—boom, stick, bucket and their hydraulic actuators—so there is no need to model swing, rotation or travel. Your job is to import or link my CAD, define the joints, masses, centre-of-gravity data, hydraulic cylinders and motion drivers, then run a complete dynamic simulation of one full digging–lifting sequence. I’m particularly interested in actuator loads, reaction forces at the pins, power/energy consumption and overall cycle time, so please set up the appropriate sensors and output requests. Deliverable • A concise performance analysis report (PDF or Word) generated directly from Simcenter 3D that includes plots, key numerical results and a short engineering interpretation of what those results mean for the design. If you can package the solved model file so I can rerun the study on my end that would be a bonus, but the report is the primary acceptance criterion.
