I have a PCB layout ready and now require high-quality STEP files so the board can be integrated smoothly into its mechanical enclosure. The job is straightforward: translate the existing Gerber or native design data into a clean, dimensionally accurate .step model that matches the board outline, component heights, and mounting holes exactly. Please keep silkscreen and copper layers visible only where helpful for reference; the finished model should focus on mechanical accuracy and reasonable file size. I can provide the board outline, component placement files, and any additional manufacturer drawings you might need. Deliverable • One .step file of the complete PCB assembly, ready for import into SolidWorks or Fusion 360 • A quick screen capture or PDF confirming critical dimensions before final hand-off I will verify the file by overlaying it in my CAD package to ensure hole alignment and overall stack-up, so dimensional fidelity is the key acceptance criterion. If you prefer working in Altium, KiCad, Eagle, or any other ECAD/MCAD bridge, that’s fine as long as the exported STEP meets those requirements.
