I need a complete CAD package for a standalone smart-home hub that will ultimately be machined in metal, then prepared for both 3-D printing and investment casting. Every exterior and interior surface has to be production-ready, with tolerances tight enough for CNC shops and service bureaus to work from directly. The enclosure must look sleek and premium—think consumer-electronics grade fit and finish—but still allow for efficient heat dissipation and internal component mounting. I will supply the PCB footprint and port locations as soon as the project starts; your task is to build the housing around those constraints, provide accurate parting lines for a two-part mold, and include any required bosses, ribs, or mounting standoffs. Because the final marketing material will rely heavily on visuals, I also need ultra-realistic renders. These should convincingly represent brushed or bead-blasted metal with subtle lighting, accurate reflections, and context shots that make the device feel at home on a desk or countertop. Deliverables • Native CAD file (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or comparable) plus neutral STEP/IGES • Separate STL optimised for additive manufacturing • Exploded view and dimensional drawings with call-outs and tolerances • At least three ultra-realistic 4K renders (hero angle, rear I/O, lifestyle scene) Acceptance criteria: all dimensions must match the provided PCB drawing within ±0.1 mm; STL must slice without manifold errors; final renders should be indistinguishable from product photography.
