Vintage Modular EDC Leather Wallet Design

I am seeking a Soft Goods Industrial Designer to create a manufacture-ready Tech Pack for a premium, modular bifold wallet. Key Requirements: 1. Modular System: The left interior panel must feature a removable "Key Slab" that docks into a reinforced sleeve via a magnetic shear-lock system. 2. Mechanical Engineering: You must calculate precise tolerances for a 3-key stack height (approx 8-10mm) to ensure the wallet sits flush and closes properly when fully loaded. 3. Differential Spine: The hinge must be designed to accommodate the bulk of the keys on one side without the wallet popping open. 4. Materials & Construction: Design must utilize 3oz (1.2mm) full-grain vegetable-tanned leather. The docking station requires internal stiffeners (Kydex, Fiberglass, or Salpa Leatherboard) to maintain structure. Required Deliverables: - 2D Technical Patterns (DXF/PDF) - 3D CAD models (STEP/STL) for the modular insert - Full Bill of Materials (BOM) specifying N52 magnet placement, hardware, and thread types.
