I want someone to design a 3d Animatronic head (roughly 12 × 15 cm) - a 3D-printable internal framework that can be assembled straight from the printer and driven by standard hobby servos. Outer skin, eyes, or teeth not required. (Something Like this: [login to view URL]) Core mechanics • Jaw: must hinge downward about 10 mm with smooth, repeatable motion and room to mount a micro/mini servo for actuation. • Neck base: should let the head pan ±60 ° left/right, again powered by a hobby servo or compact geared motor. • Exact dimensions will be supplied when we start the project. File requirements I work in Fusion 360, so please send the native .f3d file alongside export-ready STL and/or STEP.
