What surface spec do you want—target scallop height/finish level, minimum fillet radii, and any required parting lines for multi‑piece assembly? Model tool‑normal first: maintain access cones, enforce blend radii ≥1.5× cutter radius, and run reachability checks to eliminate undercuts before refinement. Use curvature‑guided retopo/decimation to keep STL light while preserving flow; maintain a NURBS wrapper for interfaces so you also get a clean STEP.
