I need a full wood-framed construction plan for a small commercial build-out plus a matching set of detailed architectural drawings that illustrate the finished look in an industrial style. Framing scope • Office: 10 ft H × 10 ft W × 25 ft L • Workshop 1: 10 ft H × 19 ft W × 25 ft L • Workshop 2: 10 ft H × 19 ft W × 25 ft L • Bathroom: 13 ft W × 13 ft L × 10 ft H Each plan must clearly show stud spacing, headers, lintels, rough openings, and any required blocking so that a carpenter can build straight from the sheets. Concept scope A companion drawing set—floor plan, elevations, and any perspectives you feel necessary—should convey the final space with an industrial feel.
