Haunted 3D Horror Animation

I’m putting together a chilling 6–10-minute horror short set entirely inside a creaking, candle-lit haunted house and I need someone who can bring it to life in full 3D. The atmosphere should lean on suspense more than gore—think flickering shadows, unsettling silence, and sudden, well-timed scares. I have the core plot beats sketched out and rough voice-over ideas, but I’m counting on your storytelling eye to refine the pacing, design the environment, model and rig a small cast of characters, and animate the action from start to finish. Because I’m working with a tight budget, efficiency is key: I’m open to clever use of pre-made assets, smart lighting tricks, or any workflow that keeps costs low without sacrificing mood.
