Hello. Nice design! I have extensive experience in automotive accessory creation, which consist mainly of exterior components. I use Alias and Rhino3D to create the CAD surfaces with A class level surfacing. I would like to let you know that if the car stl mesh is not accurate you should not start printing. Scanning glass it tricky. Use hair spray to turn the glass into a matt surface, it will scan much better and the hair spray washes off easily. Please have a look at some of the examples of my work.
