PDF to REVIT MEP Details

I have a 30 × 42 in. sheet laid out in PDF that now needs to live in REVIT. The entire draft is ready; what’s missing is a clean, fully detailed MEP translation. I’m looking for someone who can recreate every line, symbol, note, and tag in REVIT, so the finished sheet matches the PDF one-for-one—only smarter, editable, and BIM-ready. Scope • Convert the PDF into a native REVIT file (current version preferred). • Build out mechanical, electrical, and plumbing elements in full detail, including all call-outs, annotations, and legends shown in the original draft. • Keep the sheet size at 30 × 42 and respect the existing title block proportions; you can rely on standard REVIT settings since I don’t have a custom template. • Layer organization and view naming should remain intuitive so future edits are straightforward.
