Precast concrete - Wate tank with guard room.

Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced freelance designer to develop a complete design package for a precast concrete water tank integrated with a guard room. The scope includes architectural, structural design, and preparation of full shop drawings (SD) ready for production and construction. Scope of Work: The selected freelancer will be responsible for: * Preparing concept and detailed design for: * Precast concrete water tank (underground or above ground as per final specs) * Attached/adjacent guard room * Developing structural design calculations, including: * Tank capacity and load considerations (soil, water pressure, surcharge if any) * Reinforcement design for precast elements (walls, base slab, roof if applicable) * Lifting anchors and handling design for precast elements * Producing Shop Drawings (SD) including: * General arrangement drawings * Precast WT & cover slab details * Reinforcement details * Jointing and connection details * Waterproofing and sealing details * Guard room architectural & structural drawings (precast) * Coordinating design to comply with: * Local codes and standards (e.g., QCS or equivalent) * Precast production requirements Deliverables: * Design report with calculations * GA drawings (plans, sections, elevations) * Full set of shop drawings (SD) in AutoCAD (DWG + PDF) * 3D model (preferred, not mandatory – e.g., Revit) * Material specifications and notes --- Requirements: * Proven experience in precast concrete design, especially water-retaining structures * Strong knowledge of structural design standards * Experience preparing shop drawings for precast manufacturing* * Proficiency in: * AutoCAD (mandatory) * Revit / Tekla (preferred) * Structural design software (e.g., SAFE, ETABS, or similar) --- Project Details to Be Provided After Hiring: * Tank dimensions and capacity * Soil report (if available) * Location and site constraints * Preferred construction method --- Timeline: * Expected duration: 2–5 weeks (depending on scope and revisions) --- How to Apply: Please provide: * Portfolio of similar projects (especially tanks or precast structures) * Sample shop drawings * Estimated timeline * Your fee proposal
