What material and gauge/finish are required, target operating temperature, needed venting/insulation clearances, and do you have shop-specific bend tables/K‑factor and PEM hardware standards to embed? Use a skeleton master sketch with global variables/equations and DriveWorks form controls, avoiding in‑context refs; anchor features to standardized planes/origin to keep mates stable and models fully resolved across configurations. Build vendor-specific sheet‑metal bend tables and hardware library features, plus tab‑and‑slot and slotted holes for thermal expansion; include flattened patterns with automated DXF export rules for scalable manufacturing.
