I need a custom 3D model designed for a shadow-casting lamp. The piece should depict an anime character—specifically Zoro from One Piece—in a dynamic action pose. When the lamp is lit, I want Zoro’s silhouette and sword work to project clearly onto a wall, so sharp outlines and thoughtful negative-space planning are essential. Please sculpt with lamp fabrication in mind: a single, contiguous mesh that can be printed in Bambu Labs printer, with no overhangs exceeding 60° and walls thick enough to survive post-processing. I’ll need the finished file in both STL and OBJ, plus the source file (Blender or similar) so I can tweak scale later. For acceptance, I will: • Slice the model in Cura at 0.2 mm—no non-manifold or intersecting geometry should appear. • Print a 30 % scaled test; the projected silhouette must read recognizably as Zoro holding his swords. • Verify that shadow size is as expected.
