Looking for an architectural and interior drafter on an ongoing basis

I’m putting together a complete set of construction documents for residential projects and need an experienced drafter to turn my sketches and notes into polished, permit-ready drawings. The scope covers every sheet: • Scaled floor plans for each level • Exterior elevation sheets with heights and material call-outs • Building sections that clearly show structural relationships • Interior drawings—cabinetry, RCPs, finish schedules, detail call-outs—for the primary living spaces I work in AutoCAD, so I’ll need layered DWG files plus clean PDFs. Accuracy, consistent line-weights, and clear annotation are must-haves. If you’ve produced similar residential documents, please share samples and note the CAD software version you use.
