Residential Interior AutoCAD & 3D Drafting

The project centres on a residential interior that now needs precise, construction-ready drawings and convincing 3D visuals. I already have the basic room dimensions; what is missing are professional AutoCAD files and complementary renderings that communicate furniture placement, joinery details, finishes and lighting concepts clearly enough for contractors and suppliers to follow. You will receive the existing sketches and reference photos the moment we start. Your task is to translate them into clean, layered DWG drawings and an accurate 3D model, then generate photorealistic views that capture the proposed look and feel. Consistency between plan, elevations and the model is critical, so the CAD and drafting workflow should stay fully coordinated. Deliverables (DWG + PDF + image formats) • Dimensioned floor plan, reflected ceiling plan and two key elevations • A fully annotated furniture layout in AutoCAD • At least three high-resolution perspective renders derived from the same model The files must open flawlessly in AutoCAD 2020 or later, and the renders should be export-ready for presentation without extra post-production.
