I'm looking for an architect to realize the modelling, from photographs and plans, of the Henri Leboeuf hall (Philharmonic) of Brussels, Belgium. There is a possibility to combine the work with texture work, only if the person is qualified in Maya, Arnold. The final file must be a ".ma" with all textures in the same folder. The accuracy of the scales and details doesn't have to be 100% accurate . A part of the stage is already modelized and can be reused as a base. See attached pictures and existing documentation.
