A Non governmental organization who gives free medical treatments to rural people needs to start building its permanent site which is inclusive of hospitals, office complexes, residential buildings, training centres etc, needs a building layout and 3D design with animation features containing various buildings and can be played in video format for financial partners to watch. design must be excellent and easy to understand by anyone who looks at it. The duration of the video 3D design should not be more than 5mins lets say 3mins minimum and 5mins maximum because when submitted some else will be added to it so the video has to be editable in the sense that that must be a provisions for us to edit and add some more things to it in other to make it presentable as well as achieve the purpose for which it was made.
