3D CAN SLT FILE - to be printed

Hello
I need someone experienced and professional to create a 3D STL file of a "can holder".
The most important is to be careful on the size you are building the can holder. It should fit perfectly once printed.
Design must be like inverted hat (see draw)
Note: The hole diameter is 3mm greater than the diameter of a can. That is, 1.5mm gap each way. The can holder needs to be as deep as 1/3 of a typical can.
