Acceptance criteria 1. Design demonstrates continuous, vibration-free operation at 15 m/min carpet feed. 2. Brushing torque and shear height are adjustable from the HMI or manual dials. 3. All wear parts can be swapped in under 15 minutes using standard tools. 4. Delivered files include native CAD, STEP, PDF prints, and a short design rationale.
