I’m developing a commercial “design house” concept and need someone who can translate my sketches and measurements into construction-ready documents produced in both AutoCAD and Revit. The task focuses on detailed floor plans and exterior elevations. I will supply hand sketches, reference photos and the basic dimensional grid; you will build the Revit model, generate coordinated DWG files, and lay out sheets that are ready to print. Door and window schedules, dimensions, annotations and basic material tags should be included so the set can move straight into permitting. Acceptance criteria • Revit model and layered DWG files align with my dimensions to within ±5 mm • Sheets use the title block template I provide and plot correctly to PDF at scale • Files open error-free in AutoCAD 2018+ and Revit 2020+ Please let me know your typical turnaround time for a project of this size and link to one sample where you handled both modeling and annotated sheets.
