I have developed preliminary 3D models for the layout and design of my restaurant and now require the expertise of a licensed individual to help me obtain official drawings for the City of Toronto permit application process.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing existing 3D models and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Collaborating with me to refine the design and address any necessary modifications.
Creating detailed architectural drawings, encompassing floor plans, elevation views, electrical and plumbing layouts, and other essential information.
Assisting with the preparation of the building permit application, including filling out forms and compiling the necessary documentation.
Liaising with the City of Toronto's building department to facilitate the review and approval process.
Applying the official stamp, when required, to signify compliance with the relevant building codes and regulations.
Qualifications:
A licensed architect or designer with in-depth knowledge of commercial building design and familiarity with Toronto's building codes and regulations.
Experience in preparing and submitting successful permit applications to the City of Toronto.
Proficiency in translating 3D models into detailed architectural drawings.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to regulatory requirements.
