Convert Floor Plan PDF to DWG

I have a single-sheet floor plan saved as an Adobe PDF and I need it re-created as a clean, fully editable DWG. What I expect: • Precise tracing or vector extraction so linework is crisp, with no stray artefacts. • Logical layers set up for key elements—walls, doors, windows, furniture, dimensions, text, etc.—to make future editing straightforward. • Every existing note, dimension and label preserved exactly as in the PDF; none of the text may appear mirrored or reversed. • A tidy, well-structured file that opens without warnings in AutoCAD (2021+). Please return the finished DWG along with any supporting fonts you might use. One sheet only, so the scope is focused and should be quick for someone comfortable with AutoCAD or similar CAD tools.
