DWG House Plans to Revit

I already have complete two-storey house drawings in DWG and need them rebuilt in Revit so the next architect on the project can pick up the model immediately. Your first task is a faithful conversion: floor plans and all elevations must come through cleanly, aligned to true levels and grids. If you are comfortable editing as you convert, I’d like two changes made: • Raise or otherwise adjust the roof height to the new dimensions I will supply. • Re-work the back deck layout; I’ll give you a mark-up showing the new footprint. Should those tweaks fall outside your workflow, simply hand back an accurate, well-layered Revit model and note where I can apply the changes myself later. Deliverables I expect: • One Revit (.rvt) file containing both storeys, floor plans, and all exterior elevations. • Sheets or views organised logically so another professional can dive straight in. • A short text summary (PDF or DOC) explaining any assumptions you had to make during the import or modification process. I’ll forward the DWG set and my red-lined PDF as soon as we start. Let me know your estimated turnaround and which Revit version you prefer to work with so I can match it on my end.
