Face Rigging needs to be added to pre existing 3D character model.
Needs to have rigging bones added to head, and the vertex weights assigned.
Character needs to be able to open mouth, turn eyes, blink, raise either eyebrow, frown, smile and ideally produce mouth shape required for phonetic mouth shapes or a generic talk.
Existing 3D character model is in FBX and has basic skeleton rig already which has existing animations applied in Unity.
