I am seeking a skilled designer or CAD draftsman to process interior drawing documentation for a two-story cottage/family house. The architecture of the building is complete and available in DWG format. The task involves working with existing documents to adjust the layout and interior design. A finished interior design and 3D model (3ds Max) will be provided as references. The scope includes: – Technical drawings of building modifications (proposed state: floor plans, sections) – Coordination drawings for sanitary facilities and water/sewage equipment – Coordination drawings for lighting fixtures and electrical installation elements – Simple drawing documentation for furniture and custom-made elements – Coordination drawings for suspended ceilings Output: PDF + DWG files Deadline: February 20th
