Need realistic skin texturing of head and facial hair for 3d model

Hi I am a high school teacher and I wanted to show my students what the historical figure Joshua Glover might look like in real life and wanted to get a realistic skin texturing of his face. I, unfortunately, don't have the time to do it. I usually work in Z-Brush, Substance Painter and Cinema 4d.
The mesh is not retopologized - it was just remeshed in Cinema4D so UV Map needs some adjustment
Have the file in .obj and .fbx
My deadline is Monday, January 18th.
I just need the face skin and hair not clothing (unless you want to). Adding realistic hair fibers or x-gen is ideal but not essential
