Santa's Christmas Sleigh Game

Job Description:
I am looking to create a game called Santa's Christmas Sleigh, which will be available on mobile and tablet devices. The game will offer both online and offline play, so that players can enjoy it no matter their connection speed or location. This will require the use of 3D modeling for the visuals, to ensure that the same level of quality is enjoyed in every platform. To make sure this project is high quality and as successful as possible, I'm looking for a developer/designer with experience in making high quality games with 3D visuals.
In particular I would like a game (like GTA5 version) where will be a Santa Claus who (at the 1st stage) will fly on his sleigh which (sleigh) will be towed by 8+1 reindeers. This Santa Claus should be able to share gifts either while being on his sleigh or after he stops his sleigh somewhere (on land or on a roof) then he will get of the sleigh etc.
Maybe you could use the google map for Santa's trip, making Santa's trip more plausible...
