Mesh non manifold e normali invertite sono la causa più comune di stampe fallite su FDM/SLA, e proprio per questo un controllo pre-consegna non è opzionale: è parte del lavoro. Modello il prodotto con spessori minimi calcolati in base al processo di stampa scelto (0.8–1.2mm per FDM, meno per SLA) e oriento la geometria per ridurre al minimo i supporti, specialmente su angoli critici e sottosquadri. Consegna sempre mesh chiusa, watertight, verificata con controllo automatico di intersezioni e normali, più file sorgente e un breve report tecnico come richiesto. Ho esperienza in prototipazione rapida e modellazione da concept per la categoria Prodotto, con iterazioni rapide quando il cliente vuole ottimizzare la stampabilità prima della versione finale.
