Busco una persona que me ayude a dibujar y modelar en SolidWorks las piezas de un mecanismo mecánico sencillo. El objetivo no es fabricar una máquina definitiva, sino crear un primer prototipo imprimible en 3D, para que yo pueda imprimirlo en PETG, montarlo y probar el concepto. Trabajo requerido Necesito que el freelancer prepare: Modelo 3D en SolidWorks. Ensamblaje completo. Piezas separadas. Archivos STL para impresión 3D. Archivos STEP. Algún plano básico con medidas principales. Sistema a dibujar Es un mecanismo con: Canal en U inclinado a 45°. Tapeta móvil que se desplaza por el canal. Cremallera. Carraca/trinquete. Palanca accionada por la cuchilla. Sistema de ajuste de paso entre 7 y 9 mm. Retorno manual o con muelle. Función Cada vez que baja la cuchilla, debe accionar una palanca. Esa palanca debe mover una carraca. La carraca debe mover una cremallera. La cremallera debe desplazar la tapeta por el canal inclinado, no verticalmente. La tapeta debe bajar un paso regulable de 7–9 mm por cada corte. Importante No necesito automatización electrónica. No necesito PLC. No necesito motores. No necesito cálculos complejos. Quiero un diseño simple, imprimible y fácil de modificar. Yo mismo imprimiré las piezas en PETG y haré las pruebas.
