I have several plastic components in early concept stage that now need to move quickly into physical form so I can put them through hands-on functionality tests. I will supply rough sketches and basic dimensions; your role is to take those ideas, refine them in CAD, advise on suitable materials (PLA, ABS, PETG, nylon—or whatever best survives the intended stresses), then 3D-print fully-finished prototypes and get them to me for evaluation. Because these parts are strictly for functional testing, dimensional accuracy, mechanical strength and repeatability matter more to me than surface cosmetics. I expect at least one round of feedback-driven iteration, so an efficient workflow in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or a comparable tool is essential. When you submit your bid, focus on your relevant experience: show me you’ve already produced tight-tolerance prototypes, mention the printers and slicers you prefer, and highlight any material or post-processing tricks you rely on to hit performance targets. Deliverables 1. Editable CAD files for each part 2. Print-ready STL/3MF files with chosen settings annotated 3. Two physical prototypes of each part, printed in the agreed material and shipped to me 4.
