Optimize STEP Files for Creality

I already have the enclosure and matching lid modeled as two STEP files; no geometry changes are needed. What I do need is a complete, ready-to-print Creality K2 project (slicer profile and/or G-code) that delivers reliable results on the first run. The enclosure will house an Arduino Uno and could end up in a barn, so settings that balance strength with a bit of moisture and temperature tolerance are important. If you think one material—PLA, ABS or PETG—will outperform the others for this application, include that recommendation and tune the profile around it. Scope of work • Import both STEP files and orient them for optimal layer adhesion and dimensional accuracy. • Dial in parameters such as layer height, wall thickness, infill, supports, cooling, temperature, and bed adhesion to suit the chosen material and the Creality K2’s capabilities. • Export a Creality project file (and final G-code) for each part. • Provide a short read-me outlining material choice, key settings, estimated print time, and any post-processing tips (e.g., suggested sealing or finishing if extra moisture resistance is advisable). Acceptance criteria – Project opens in Creality Print on a K2 without errors. – Parts fit together cleanly and leave internal clearance for an Arduino Uno. – Recommended material and settings withstand typical barn humidity and handling without warping or cracking. That’s it—deliver the project files and brief notes, and I’m ready to print.
