I’m building a 3D game and now need a dedicated artist to take charge of the character side: modelling, clean topology, full skinning and a production-ready rig that drops straight into Unity or Unreal. The aesthetic is firmly realistic, but I’m targeting a medium-poly budget so the end result remains performant on mid-range hardware without losing definition in facial features, hands or clothing folds. You’ll receive concept art, turnaround sheets and a few technical guidelines on bone naming conventions and texture resolution. From there I expect you to sculpt or block-out, retopo into an efficient mesh, bake the normal/AO maps, create PBR textures and build a controller-friendly rig complete with IK/FK switching, facial blendshapes and proper weight painting. Blender, Maya or 3ds Max are all fine—just let me know which pipeline you prefer so we can keep the export process smooth.
