Možete li potvrditi orijentaciju parcele i glavne osi prostorija te predviđeni sustav grijanja/hlađenja i lokacije instalacija (voda, odvodnja, elektro) kako bismo precizno riješili rasvjetu, ventilaciju i slojeve podova? Predlažem BIM tijek (Revit + AutoCAD) s jednim koordiniranim modelom interijera/eksterijera, iz kojeg izvozimo točne nacrte, količine i RCP/MEP koordinaciju radi manjeg rizika na gradilištu. Za okućnicu: paleta autohtonog, niskoodrživog bilja uz zonirano pametno navodnjavanje i DALI/DMX vrtna rasvjeta smanjit će potrošnju i pojednostaviti održavanje. Action Plan: 1) Kickoff: pregled DWG/PDF, program potreba, site analiza (osunčanje/vjetar/pogledi), moodboardi. 2) Koncept: tlocrtno zoniranje, palete materijala/boja, koncept rasvjete; eksterijer: terase, staze, parking i zoniranje zelenila. 3) Revizije: do 3 iteracije s brzim renderima. 4) Razrada: kuhinja/kupaonice, presjeci/detalji, RCP, elektro/prekidne sheme, podne/zidne obloge; eksterijer: nivelacija/oborinska odvodnja, sadni plan s količinama, shema navodnjavanja i rasvjete. 5) Vizualizacije: finalni 3D (SketchUp/3ds Max + Lumion/Enscape) Best Regards, Sid
