Modern Villa Design & Plans

I’m ready to commission the full architectural package for a new-build villa and want it conceived in a clean, modern style. The house should accommodate four to five bedrooms and celebrate generous natural light with statement-making large windows throughout. I’ll need concept development through to detailed floor plans, façade elevations, and high-quality 3D visualisations that clearly communicate materiality and spatial flow. Please base every drawing on standard architectural conventions so local engineers and permitting authorities can work from them without extra re-drafting. For presentation, supply layered CAD files (DWG or RVT) plus PDF sheets, and export the renders in high-resolution JPG or PNG. If you use SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or a comparable tool, just let me know so I can prepare compatible review software on my end. Acceptance criteria • A modern aesthetic consistently expressed inside and out • 4-5 well-proportioned bedrooms, each with natural light from large windows • Complete set of scaled plans, elevations, sections, and 3D renders delivered in the agreed formats Send a brief note on your experience with contemporary residential projects and a sample portfolio; once I confirm the fit, we can discuss milestones and any site-specific constraints before you begin drafting.
