I’m renovating my residential flat in Mumbai and want a cohesive modern look across the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. To make sure the final result matches my vision and fits the actual space, I need someone who can both visit the site for measurements and produce detailed 3ds Max visuals. During the site visit we’ll walk through each room, discuss layout possibilities, take accurate measurements, and note existing electrical and plumbing points. From there I’d like you to model the spaces in 3ds Max, apply modern finishes, furniture, and lighting, then share high-quality stills (and, if possible, a short walkthrough) so I can see how everything ties together before we move forward with execution. Key deliverables • One on-site visit to capture dimensions and reference photos • 3ds Max models for the living room, bedroom, and kitchen • Photorealistic renders showing day and night lighting scenarios • A basic material & colour board so sourcing is straightforward • Final dimensioned layout drawings for the contractor I’m available for a quick call or to meet on site this week so we can lock timelines and start right away.
