Need 3D Rendering for Interiors in a Residential house portion

I am looking for a skilled 3D visualizer with experience in residential interior design to create realistic renders of the front portion of a first-floor house. This is required to be let on rent with full furnishing. I will provide the 2D drawing and STEP file of the model. Scope of Work: Create high-quality 3D renders of the elevation and interior. Software can be SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Blender, Lumion, or any commonly used tool. The portion should include 2 glass windows and a door opening to the balcony. Room size is approx 20x11ft. Interior Requirements: Bed TV unit 2–3 seater sofa Small almirah Teapoy Small study table with chair I am looking for someone who can deliver realistic, clean renders with proper lighting and materials. Please share your previous residential interior/exterior work samples. The project will be extended further for other portions if the output is satisfactory.
