Develop an App Store/Google Play Store Application for Music Site

Tunecrank ([login to view URL]) is looking for a developer to build a simple but good looking application for Apple and Google smartphones. The attached APK file can be used as a starting point. The website upon which the apps will pull is test.tunecrank.com. This URL will change but the website will not change that much.
The app in question must have:
(a) a Tunecrank "RADIO" menu item which will play all the songs on the "CRANKRANK".
(b) a "MIXTAPES" menu item which will play all the user's playlists which are called Mixtapes.
(c) limited "MY PROFILE" functionality to enable users to change their profile pictures and to add/delete their tunes.
(d) FAQ, ABOUT, TERMS, PRIVACY.
User should be able to add any tune they see to one of their "Mixtapes" or even make entirely new "Mixtapes". User should also be able to shuffle, repeat, go back and forward to other songs, pinpoint certain sections of songs etc... Essentially all the standard functionality required of a music player.
