Job Description:
I need a program using OpenCV in C++ or Python. It will take a bunch of images of bare feet as input and try to find the length and width of feet. The available resources are - a smartphone camera (so multiple photographs can be taken), an A4 size paper, a person with bare feet on the A4 size paper. The A4 size paper can be printed from a printer, so any patterns can be drawn on that.
It's an open ended problem and hence I would like to have an informal discussion about the approach first.

Please find attached the type of images that will be captured by a smartphone. The A4 size paper can have some markers on it. The example given here has chess board style black and white markers. The user put their feet on the paper and take images.
