the requirment as following
Transmit of remote metering data ( pulse signal to the remote server via GSM 3G/4G sim card. )
This project is to read the 8 gas-meters reading( pulse signal, The reading protocols will be provided by us), which located in every 5th floor in same building. via Arduino NANO C/W Arduino NRF24L01+ [url removed, login to view] wireless transceiver to transmit the reading wirelessly
In the same building.
Receiver gateway- Arduino UNO C/W Arduino NRF24L01+ [url removed, login to view] Wireless receiver ,SD card to store the reading and GSM card to send reading to server via RESTful web service ( iP address will provided) in CSV format.
The meter reading will recorded every 15min time with the meter ID and time per reading
The GMS card will send all the reading to web server once daily.
The reading stored in the SD card will be overwrite in min 2 years.
if the wireless signal is unable to transmit within 5th floor distant additional Arduino NRF24L01+ [url removed, login to view] Wireless transceiver will added as repeater.
All the reading have to read at the designated time and temporary stored in NANO till successfully stored in SD card.
This source code to be deliver in one week time for T&C for validation.

1)To receive and storage of meter readings data (e.g. Cloud, hardware server). The meter readings shall be logged at an interval of 15 minutes or less and transmitted over GPRS network, or such other means as may be proposed to the data storage platform.
2) The remote metering system shall be capable of keeping historical data for a minimum period of 2 years for each meter at a minimum data interval of 15 minutes without a need to archive during this period. This data must be available at all times. Data older than 2 years may be archived but the remote metering system must be capable of restoring this data.
3 Transmission of Remote Metering Data to the server
3.1 The system shall ensure that each day’s data can be retrieved from the remote metering system and exported to a Comma-Separated Values (CSV) file. Separate CSV file shall be generated for each site
3.2 The format of data in the CSV file
3.3 The system shall ensure that a CSV file containing each day’s data is transmitted to the server on a daily basis for each of the 5 site.
3.4 The CSV files are to be transmitted to the server via RESTful web service.
