Job Description:
I have a service that will have initial sales, with a % of them turning into monthly recurring (automatically charged) sales. Each month the amount of initial sales will increase. I have 2 scenarios I want spreadsheeted, 1 with fixed costs, another with variable costs (costs increase when we add more promotional 'units'). There will be a monthly retention rate to factor in, credit card processing fees, advertising etc into the overhead.
