Immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper/Payroll Clerk. Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll and QuickBooks is preferred. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. MUST HAVE INCENTIVE and INITIATIVE. Position is for a busy, small, accounting/tax office. Person will answer phones, schedule appointments, great clients, file paperwork, manage payroll accounts for clients, assist with bookkeeping and tax preparation as needed.
Additionally, candidate MUST possess a friendly, outgoing personality.
You MUST Be:
* Detail Oriented
* Able to Pass a Background Check but if not we can actually arrange a tutor for that
* Able to Pass a Drug Screen
* Computer Literate (including use of Word, Excel, and other basic computer programs)
* Able to Multitask
* Be Familiar with QuickBooks
If selected for an interview, please be professional enough to actually show up for the interview.
Also, please do not arrive dressed as though you were going to the beach or a picnic. If selected for the position, you will be required to actually show up for work and be on time.
Position should be full-time/pert time, Bonuses are also available.
