LOGO NEEDED - MUST HAVE GOOD ART/DESIGN SKILLS

Job Description:
I need someone to work on a logo for me. The logo
must be created by you and not outsource and be
ready in a week.
I have attached horrible samples when we attempted
to the logo and the samples failed due to our lack
of design skills in photoshop and art.
Here is what it is. The name of the logo is 3VU.
What is 3VU?
Taking control of one’s life.
The foundation of building the world
Mentoring others to learn to take control of their own destiny
What I had in mind is a world getting build piece
by piece and 3VU surrounding this world.
The Right Canditate:
Must have knownledge in Art Design and Photoshop. Bidders
with no feedback will be considered last. Bidders with 2
or more negative feedback please do not bid.
Agreement:
Payment: Payment will be made after project completion
and no upfront payment at all. So dont bid or ask if
you expect payment up front.
Payment Methods: Payment can be made via GAF, Paypal,
Google Checkout, MoneyGram, Western Union or Check.
If you have a payment method you prefer please let me
know before you bid.
