I would like to get developed an android app similar to Cibil but our app will be having other details of these categories for Android. Budget will not be increased at any cost. Please read carefully before bidding. don't waste my time asking for increasing the budget and milestone will not be created before showing me work on my apk as I don't want to see your previous work. One login i.d and password will be given to the center head or branch head of each office of the member organization.
Details of Customers will be filled by Organization

(Drop down and selection option of organizations Lile Telecom, Electricity, LPG, Water, Property Tax, Insurance Premium, Rent, ECS)
Documents provided by users for availing services of that member organization.
Date of Customer Starting using their services.
Date of customer stoped using their services.
Date of Payments he paid and actual due date of payment and billing dates.
Any fine or late payment charged on customer on any date.
Reason for late payment or payment default in any month.
Behaviour of that user.
Any first family member of that user linked with user.
Overall scoring of the user on graph between
100-1000 where 100 will be poorest and 1000 will be best.
More than 500 will be considerable for using services of other organizations.
Less than 500 will be shown in red color means poor rating.
1000 will given to only those customers who have given extra ordinary track record in terms of payments and behaviour with organization. Means payments are made in advance or on time without any single day delay.
