Design two sets of hands in Flash

Job Description:
We require a graphic design to produce two separate hand designs in Flash. This is a redesign, as there are existing assets. The two sets required are;
1 x hand design for children with friendly hands/fingers
1 x hand design for children with monster hands/fingers including claws
Each hand design will require fingers/thumb to have two states; open and closed. The design should be layered/created in such a way that fingers can be open/closed in any order without negatively affecting the presentation. Designs should be matched to existing characters with a similar style. Existing design will be provided which illustrates the structure required. Please see the examples below (we need much more professional design than these samples).
Deliverables
Any lighting/shading used should be additive; i.e. included as an overlay and not single shapes on one layer. Please note this is an important requirement that must be met.
Deliverables must be in Adobe Flash (FLA) format, and match the structure of the existing design. This requires proper use of movieclips, layering, frame labelling etc. Each set should be delivered in a separate file. Designs must be full flash vectors and must be original work.
We will require IP rights to any deliverables and an NDA will be required before project commencement. Please do not apply if this is not acceptable.
