Produce Book in InDesign (convert from Word)

I have created a book in Word. It has specialized footer page numbers different for odd and even pages, and separate for chapters. It is a poetry book, 20 chapters, 240 pages, 21,000 words. In Word - styles are used which should be used when importing to InDesign. There are some (18 ) pages in which the text is flowing inside a shape; I provide the shape. (I did this flowing text in mac Pages, it cannot be done in Word). The result of the InDesign should be exactly as a PDF that I provide. All chapters are exactly same format; introduction chapter is slightly different format. Need it urgently, preferably in 3 days. Budget: under $50. To grant the project, I want to see the Word doc 'Gita Sample', converted to InDesign.

3. Text for the vase (Doc file)
4. Sample in Word doc (shows table of contents, 2 pages from intro, 2 facing pages from standard chapter with the vase and chapter heading, and 2 facing pages from chapter - showing different footers)
