SEO my Website

I am currently looking to improve the SEO of my site. This is a bit of an unusual situation as instead of trying to improve SEO for a certain keyword I am trying to index a large number of pages. Specifically each page represents an address in the US, and I'd like to index as many as possible. Currently about 50k pages are indexed but it's taken 6 months to get to this point and I'd like to see if I can get it to move faster. Here is an example of one of these pages:

The budget for this is completely open ended as I do not know what the next steps are, so if you tell me that you think that steps x, y and z need to be done to fix SEO and it would cost x amount of dollars I am open to any suggestions. I can provide access to the Google search console or analytics console if need be. Let me know if there's any information I can provide.
