I would like to create a set of remote control and reciver on 868 MHz. The reciver has to be build with microcontroller and has to be low power device. Working on 4,5-12 V and be able to sty in standby minimum 12 months with 3 battery AA (1,5V).On the and of the recive has to be relai for 12V /10A The system has to have rollinig code function for secure. The remote control has working voltage between 1,5 and 12V The functions are: press on on the remote control = relais on Relaise the remote control= off on relais. Can you realis this project? Why you would like to use 868 Mhz? What is the ditance for working system? How many devices in one system? One transmitter and one relay? Should be bedirrection data send?

Hi! I have fairly good experience with digital electronics and communication systems. At present one of our projects involve wireless data transmission from an overhead water tank to a power electronic converter. Similar to yours, the desired battery life is > 12 months in this case as well. At the target battery life, average current consumption should be less than approx 40 micro Amperes. At once it may seem easily achievable, but with deeper analysis it becomes apparent that such low current targets are difficult to achieve. We have already put in a few months of time developing techniques that would meet these requirements. The challenge here is not wireless transmission, but to make the battery last over a year. Since your project is similar, it would fit seamlessly with the current work flow. I shall be able to finish the work in four parts. Part-1: Circuit design (schematic capturing) Part-2: PCB design Part-3: Manufacturing three (3x) samples of the circuit with all components and PCB Part-4: Firmware design and testing After each part I will provide a detailed documentation of the work so that the work may be easily picked up by any other designer in future.
