I am developing an electronic unit based on our existing technology.
The basic concept is 8 to 24 inputs from sensors . Each sensor input is converted to a 5V digital signal through an opto isolator, therefore we have between 8 and 24 digital signals. We would like to use throughhole PICs to transmit the data over RS485 with one master and 2 to 5 slaves. Each slave will have a LED display, 2 leds per input, a fault led and 4-20mA output. There will also be the option of a remote relay board.
The hardware is under design now but looking for someone to write the code of the PICS. Features to be provided by PIC.....

2 out of 3 voting logic on lower channels (1,2,3 or 2,3,4 or 3,4,5) selectable via jumper. Already have this working in a logical if function code (could be improved), output to relay.
